Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement applies to all TRYVL users, namely the TRYVL mobile app for iOS, Android (hereinafter referred to as the Mobile App; TRYVL.com Website, hereinafter referred to as “TRYVL”), as well as those who contact TRYVL or otherwise transmit their data to “TRYVL.” It extends to all types of information that we receive as a result of using “TRYVL” Users, as well as or through other channels associated with “TRYVL”. (for example, emails sent to our customer support pages in pages social networks and more).

If you do not agree to this Privacy Statement, on behalf of TRYVL, we ask that you refrain from using our Services or Mobile Apps.

We sometimes update this Privacy Policy to protect our users and to respond to technical changes and changes in the law. The use of your information is governed by the most recent version of the Privacy Policy available on tryvl.com

Collection of personal information.

We may collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, surname and e-mail address) as well as non-personally identifiable information (such as age, age range or gender) that you provide to us when you use our Applications, by voluntarily registering, TRYVL requests information through services, or communicates with them directly. We also collect information about your activity in the application, for example – the action of deleting the audio recording, or the transition between the screens of the application will be reflected in our history of your activity.

You provide this information to us:

  • When filling out the registration form on the website or in the Mobile Application, as well as when filling out your profile
  • When you need to contact our customer support or contact us through other channels (for example, via e-mail, a call to the contact call center or social networks)- When you have created your own account, which allows you to save personal settings, view previous orders, plan future orders and manage current ones.
  • When you take part in promotions or raffles – in this case you will also provide us with your personal data.
  • You can send us feedback about the site and share your opinion or ask for help using the site’s services or mobile applications.
  • When you perform key actions in the application – switch between screens, start recording, start listening to audio, delete audio, filter recordings, etc

Access to information at your request.

If you allow us, we may access your profile on the social network for the purpose of using their internal functionality through the Application Programming Interface or API.

Some applications use third-party services, such as Google Play Services sign-in service, Facebook login, YouTube. You may also share content created within the Add-ons through Google Play Services, Facebook (the “Third Party Networks”).

By logging into the Application through Third Party Networks or using the Application to submit content to Third Party Networks, you authorize us to collect, store and use any information (in accordance with this Privacy Policy) that, at your consent, third party services may provide to us through Application Programming Interface (API).

You agree to this when you “agree” or “allow” (or take such action) one of our applications to access such a social network. The information we access varies from App to App and depends on the privacy settings that you install on these Third Party Social Networks. You can manage these settings and learn more about them on Facebook, Google Play Services, or more.

These third-party sites have their own end-user privacy policies and agreements, and we have no responsibility, control or sharing of practices or policies

The personal information we receive automatically:

– Information on the use of the Site; and

the characteristics of your use, such as information about the pages of our Sites or Appendices that you visited during your visit, any actions or movements produced on the Websites or Appendices, as well as moving from / to the site from / to another site, date and time, page load time, download errors, duration of individual page visits, page activity information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouseover).

Location information.

We may receive information about your location when the Mobile Application is in priority mode, and may also collect this information when the Mobile Application “TRYVL” is running in the background if the appropriate application settings or device permissions are enabled.

Transaction Information.

We receive transaction information related to your use of “TRYVL” Services, including date and time of service provision, amount of money which was charged, time and other transaction data. In addition, if someone uses your promotional code, your name will be associated with that person.

Information about the device.

Among such data is your IP address, date and time when you used our services, information about the hardware and software, as well as the Internet browser you use, and in addition, information about the operating system of your computer or mobile device, such as app versions and language settings. We may also collect click information and pages that we have shown to you.

If you use a mobile device, we may also receive data that identifies the device, its settings and characteristics, location data, program crashes, and other system operations. When you place an order through the Site or the Mobile Application, our system records the means by which and through which sites it was made or from which sites you went to the Site or to the Mobile Applications.

Our Mobile Apps can access a variety of services and data on your mobile device, including but not limited to: microphone, GPS device data, phone calls, A-GPS location, and external storage devices (memory cards). In any case, such access is not granted without your agreement.

Use of information

We use any statistics that may be associated with your device solely to develop, provide, improve, personalize or adapt our products, services and content, and to understand and analyze trends related to the use of the Program and managing communication with users and within the Application itself.

We only use your contact information (such as your name and email) for the purposes for which you provided us. We do not share this information with third parties unless we have your permission.

Analytics and Research. 

Understanding and analyzing trends related to the use of the App and the Site, auditing, exploring user behavior in the App and the Websites (how often do you use the App or the Site, what events occur while using the App or the Site, general usage data, performance data, etc.), collecting demographic information about our users, download location Add-ons. For information that may relate to personal information in some jurisdictions, we only use the device identification number. Data from Third Party Social Networks is used for internal analytics.

If you would like to delete the contact information we received after your specific email request by e-mail, please send an e-mail to contact@tryvl.com, and your e-mail will be removed from our database.

The information collected is used directly for:

– Placing Orders: we use your personal information to place orders on the Site or through the Mobile App and to transmit your personal information to Partners in order to fulfill Partners’ relevant orders.

– Customer Support: we provide customer support. Contact support is possible by emailing contact@tryvl.com

Using your personal information, our support team can help you answering any questions you may have and any other questions you may have. To support you, support staff can use mobile services (just calling you). Conversation with support staff can be heard in real-time or recorded to monitor the quality of service delivery and further training of our team. The records are kept for a limited period of time and are automatically deleted unless we consider it necessary to keep them for a longer period (if necessary, including to investigate cases of breaking the law). All telephone records will be used in accordance with this Privacy Statement. In turn, we may contact you with other questions via email or telephone depending on the type of contact information you have shared with us. We also do our best to process any requests you send us.

– We use the information we collect to enable our users to communicate with each other. Users are aware of the degree of responsibility they have acquired in connection with the possession of such information, and undertakes to use it only within the framework of the relations resulting from the use of the Application and not to pass it on to third parties, except as provided by the Law of Ukraine.

– Account: App users can create an account on our site or in the Mobile App. We use the information you provide us to manage your account.

– Using your mobile device services: mobile applications can access a variety of services and data on your mobile device, including but not limited to: phone calls, location or GPS, and external storage devices (memory cards). Access to the services of your mobile device is only possible with your agreement.

– Location: We gain access to your location for the purpose of generating an audio recording of the location on the map, including demonstrating the location of the note to be stored in the Appendix or on TRYVL servers. We do not share this information with third parties without your permission.

– Recording to memory card or device memory: We may write to the memory card or device, your device, some technical temporary data (cache) associated with your notes. We do not share this information with third parties and do not use it in any other way than to ensure the operation of the mobile application.

– We may use the information we collect to send you product, service, promotional, research, survey, news, change, and event announcements. We may also use information to promote and organize contests and lotteries, fulfill our obligations to win prizes and award prizes, as well as provide you with relevant advertisements and content regarding our services and business partners or otherwise.

In some cases, we may use your personal data to process and transmit it to public authorities under applicable law.

PUSH messages

We will only use push notifications to inform you of any issues arising in the course of using the Application or to remind you of your activity in the Application.

Storage of information

We store your information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. We can store information for longer, but only in a way that you cannot track with this information. We delete information when we no longer need it to provide services.

Protection of personal data

In accordance with current Ukrainian legislation, we take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to and misuse of personal data. By providing this “user” you agree, you acknowledge that you assume responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of the personal data provided in the registration of TRYVL, their timely updating, and also deal according to the laws of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection.

We use appropriate corporate systems and follow certain procedures to protect the personal information we provide. We also use security measures and apply technical and physical restrictions to use personal information and access to it on our servers. Only employees who have special rights and permissions are allowed to access personal data in the course of their duties.

If you pay by credit card when transacting through a site or mobile application, you will automatically go to the site of the respective payment system and enter your personal data and bank card information directly on the site of that payment system. Our Site or Mobile Apps do not collect any information regarding your payment cards. Our Site and Application does not track or store any information regarding your payment cards, debit transactions, refunds, and any other information regarding your payment card.

Deleting information

When information is no longer needed, we will remove it, using measures to protect it from unauthorized access or use.

Disclosure of information to third parties

We disclose information to our advertising and analytics partners to display ads and analyze usage in the app and on the advertising site.

We cannot provide all the services necessary for the successful operation of the Apps or Sites on our own, so we must share the information we collect with third parties, including those who provide analytics, tracking, advertising or any other third party services that support the operation of the Apps and Sites (the “Partners”). We may share information that may be used to personally identify your device (for example, using permanent identifiers such as IDFA, IDFV, advertising identifier, and IP address) to provide services, advertising, analysis and research, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

We reserve the right to disclose your information (including personally identifiable information) within the law, lawsuit, and / or at the request of the public authorities of your country of residence or abroad. We may also disclose information about you if we consider it is necessary for national security, law enforcement or other socially significant purposes.

We may also disclose information about you if we believe it is necessary to comply with our terms of service or to protect our activities, our users or their way of receiving our services. In addition, in the event of a reorganization, merging or sale of a company, we may pass on any or all of the information we collect (including personally identifiable information) to third parties.

A user can rate another user’s content, customers can rate each other, and send feedback on the content. This rating system reminds all members of the Platform (app, site) of responsibility for their activity. This approach helps to create a respectful and safe atmosphere for all Users. All ratings are subjective in nature and have no intention of offending any Users in any way.

Access to personal information.

Requests for access, change or deletion of personal information can be sent to contact@tryvl.com

We try to provide you with access to personal information you provide or store in your account. At your request, we may modify or delete your data, except where such storage is legally required or necessary for legitimate business purposes. We may refuse to review unreasonably repetitive requests, as well as requests that require inappropriate technical costs, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or access to which is unnecessary under local law. Requests for access, modification or deletion of personal information may be sent to contact@tryvl.com.

For some Add-ons, we may develop an In-app Removal Request feature that can be used in addition to the address listed above.

Gathering information related to children.

We believe that our products and services are family-friendly, but have decided on our own initiative to impose high standards of protection, although our products and services are not aimed at children under the age of 13 and we do not intentionally collect their personal information. We have voluntarily decided to adhere to the highest standards of child protection in order to preserve the reputation of Family Supplements. If we become aware that we have received the personal information of a child under the age of 13, we will take steps to remove such information as a matter of urgency.
